Origin Cabinets offers residential cabinetry solutions including consultations, design assistance, product sourcing, and coordination of installation services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of consultation and are subject to change if the project scope, materials, or specifications are modified. Final pricing is confirmed upon approval of design and selections.

3. Orders & Payments

A deposit may be required to begin work or place an order. Final payment is due prior to or upon project completion, depending on the agreement. Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in your proposal.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our projects are customized, cancellations must be made within 4 days of the signed agreement. Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to deductions for any work or materials already ordered or completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and access to the project site (unless we measure)

  • Review and approve designs before ordering

  • Communicate changes or concerns in a timely manner

  • Ensure the installation area is clear and accessible

6. Project Timelines

Lead times vary depending on the scope of the project and supplier availability. We do our best to complete work on schedule, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

7. Product Warranty

Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturers or suppliers of the materials used. We will assist you in submitting warranty claims if needed. Origin Cabinets does not offer additional warranties beyond those of our suppliers unless stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy and quality, Origin Cabinets is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and designs — is the property of Origin Cabinets and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
